The Cayman B Bow Moint Trolling Motor aimed at serious fisherman who require versatility of guiding their motor via a wireless hand remote or wired foot pedal. This feature packed bow mount trolling motor come standard with a wireless hand control, sacrificial anode and encapsulated electronics. Supplied standard with all the necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts to fit straight onto the boat, or option up with our quick release plate with a foot print of just 120mm x 200mm when not in use. All motors feature LED battery meters and 1.5 meter wiring loom. Upgraded packages are available which include the wired foot controller and quick release mounting plate. Suitable for both salt and fresh water.

WARRANTY/SERVICE FORM HASWING OUTDOOR WARRANTY & RETURNS The Warranty Terms & Conditions (referred to in the remainder of this document as the "Warranty") is made by and between PLANET OZ PRODUCTS T/AS HASWING OUTDOOR and the end user/purchaser of HASWING OUTDOOR. Limited Warranty Haswing Outdoor warrants to the original purchaser that the Haswing Electric Trolling Motor you have purchased free from defects in materials and workmanship appearing within one years after the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not apply if motor is used for commercial, professional (i.e. tournaments) applications or degradation due to saltwater corrosion, nor do they cover normal wear & tear, discoloration, blemishes that do not affect the operation of the motor, or damage caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse, improper care or maintenance, or ANY OF ACCESSORIES. Furthermore, the following are (and not limited to) also excluded causes of warranty claim; damage caused by hitting submerged objects or beaching without retracting or removing the motor, damage caused by mooring in water an any other consequential, incidental damages or expenses, including damage to property. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under United States Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. To initiate a warranty claim for a product or motor believed to be defective contact Haswing Outdoor by phone +1(909) 839-0015 or email info@haswingoutdoor.com or by completing the online Warranty Claim form/message www. please include a copy of the original invoice and serial number of the item. Warranty will not be processed if invoice/proof of purchase and serial number cannot be produced for verification. Proof of original purchase (including the date of purchase) and serial number of the item must be presented to Haswing Outdoor. Depending on the claimant’s location, Haswing Outdoor will make arrangements for a service call to be conducted at or transportation of the product from the claimant’s location to Haswing Outdoor’s facility (or authorized service centre) for the purposes of a warranty inspection. Customer or claimant is responsible for cost of shipping to Haswing Outdoor’s facility (or authorized service centre) for the purposes of a warranty inspection. The customer or claimant is also responsible for cost of return shipping once inspection and/or repairs are complete. Any charges incurred for service calls, transportation to/from Haswing Outdoor (or authorized service Centre) are to be borne by person/s making the warranty claim. For any unsuccessful claims any associated labour costs are to be borne by person/s making the warranty claim. Haswing Outdoor will, at its option, repair or replace attachments or components found to be defective during the term of this warranty. Such repairs or replacements shall be the sole and exclusive liability of Haswing Outdoor and the sole and exclusive remedy of the original purchaser for approved claims. The costs of normal maintenance or replacement parts which are not defective are the responsibility of the purchaser. DAMAGE TO MOTORS CAUSED BY THE USE OF REPLACEMENT PROPELLERS OR OTHER REPLACEMENT PARTS THAT ARE NOT HASWING Outdoor ORIGINAL OEM PARTS WILL NOT BE COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Note: Do not return your Haswing motor to your retailer. Your retailer may not be authorized to repair or replace products, parts or components. All Items sold by Haswing Outdoor come with 24 Month Warranty, unless otherwise stated in the product description (From Invoice Date). Warranties are non-transferable only valid from the original date of purchase. Damaged or Faulty on Arrival (Excludes International, Only U.S. Mainland) If your product is found to be either damaged or faulty, please email us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 7 days from the date you receive the product. Returns must be received by Haswing Outdoor within 14 calendar days from the date the RA# is issued with original packages. Full manufacturer's warranties are supplied with merchandise purchased from Haswing Outdoor. You may be requested to photograph the item(s). Copy of original Invoice or proof of purchase must be provided for all claims. Returns (Excludes international) All items purchased from Haswing Outdoor come with a Money Back Guarantee **, this includes original postage BUT NOT the return Postage. Item(s) must be 100% as per new and unused ( 15% restocking fee may apply if packing is damaged) Customer or claimant must contact Haswing Outdoor in writing via email within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Copy of original Invoice or proof of purchase must be provided for all Return claims. Return Policy Upon receiving your order; please review your invoice carefully to make sure you have received your entire order. Check the back-order column for any product that has been back-ordered, those items will be shipped at a later date. If you did not receive items you were invoiced for or your package was damaged during shipping email Haswing Outdoor immediately at info@haswingoutdoor.com for assistance. Damaged items must be returned in the ORIGINAL packaging for the claim to be honored Thank you for your order. We hope you are completely satisfied with it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return/exchange product following the instructions listed below. RETURN / EXCHANGE -30 DAYS We will exchange or issue a refund on unworn, unused, and unwashed products within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please follow the specific instructions on the back of your original invoice and send the product back (unworn, unused, unwashed) within 15 days for a credit or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. *Return shipping fees are non-refundable. RESTOCKING FEE: Products that are ordered in wrong sizes, wrong colors, or wrong model year – due to customer mistake. When exchanging products buyers will be charged a 15% restocking fee base on value of products plus buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling cost. International Returns All International sales are non refundable, we do not accept liability for lost or damaged items (Insurance options available - Request via email), We will assist clients as much as possible in an unlikely lost or damaged event. Haswing Outdoor does not provide International Warranty for good bought in Other Haswing dealer and they taken abroad or goods purchased and delivered outside of United States.
