The Cayman Bow Mount Trolling Motor was developed for serious fishermen requiring the versatility of controlling their motor via a wireless hand remote or wired foot control pedal. This feature-packed bow mount trolling motor comes standard with a wireless hand control, sacrificial anode and encapsulated electronics.
Supplied standard with all the necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts to fit straight onto the boat, or option up with our Quick Release Bracket with a foot print of just 120mm x 200mm when not in use.
All motors feature LED battery meters. Optional wired foot controller and quick release mounting plate are a perfect partner for your Cayman motor. Suitable for both salt and fresh water use.

I’ve only used it once and it worked really well. No problem with the remote. Motor has plenty of power to move my 16’ boat around nicely.
I just received the Cayman bow mount 54" and it arrived very well packaged and included everything I ordered. I have had it on the lake only twice since I received it, but everything is working as expected and does what I need it to do pulling my 2600lb Glastron bow rider that I made a fishing conversion casting deck for. Quality appears very good and well designed.
The motor is fine. My only issue was I had a different billing address than the delivery address. So I had to jump through hoops to get it shipped.
I was pleasently surprised at the speed in which Haswingoutdoor.com processed my order. The trolling motor was on sale for $499 with free shipping. The trolling motor arrived on time and in good shape (it was packaged well). The accompaning remote control would not charge so I emailed their support. They quickly responded and sent me a replacement remote via USPS. That remote worked perfectly. I installed the trolling motor on my 16' fiberglass bass boat. I used it yesterday and it worked fine. It will occasionally lose signal but comes right back on. The trolling motor will beep twice when the signal drops. I simply tapped the "on" button and it fired right back up. It pushed (or pulled I should say) my boat with power to spare. Loaded up with two people, gas and gear we are talking about 1600 lbs. I ordered a $499 trolling motor and received a $499 trolling motor. I'm happy with it. Anything close (non-GPS with hand remote) is going to cost several hundred dollars more.
I had this unit less them a year. I put maybe 6 hrs. on it total. Just the other day i went and it starred to make a high pitch noise. I go up on the speed it gets louder and when I go down on the speed it gets lower. Not sure why its doing it. But very disappointing.
