Went from a 2010 MotorGuide X3, 12 volt, 42 inch, foot controlled trolling motor to the Haswing Cayman GPSwith Anchor mode, 12 volt, 48 inch, quick release bracket, foot controlled option and fob. The quick stowaway and mounting holes required me to mount it at a greater angle and has to hang over the railing farther than anticipated. This would happen for any stowaway trolling motor type so it was not an issue. Love the wireless foot controller made for an easy transition. The foot control pad is a little large and could be made smaller but worked very well, especially the continuous on compared to a wired foot control. I haven't tried the GPS or spot lock yet, hopefully in the next week or 2. The trolling motor is quieter than I expected, it's rated at 50db, but is no where near that. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase, price and received it in 2 days.
I have had this trolling motor on my 17.5 ft Tracker bass boat for several weeks and it has performed perfectly. I have the remote and foot controller and both work great. Needed a trolling motor with anchor and this Cayman works great!! Got what I needed at a reasonable price. Very satisfied so far.
I use the Haswing Cayman with spot-lock on the remote and it has never failed me. Thus unit is loaded with features and has proved infallible day after day of extreme use in my guiding service.

The manual is the most poorly written manual I've ever seen. No troubleshooting section at all. I tried the help section in the helmsman app. There's nothing in the help section on the app. I sent an email to support over 5 days ago and they wanted a video. I sent screenshots of the problems I'm having and have not heard a single word from support. I can only imagine how much trouble I'm going to have with the motor with this kind of support. I thought maybe someone from haswing would be on the FB page to help, but that's expecting to much. But I'm stuck with this piece of junk now. But never again, and I wouldn't recommend haswing junk to my worst enemy.
