I ordered the 50802 V03 as was pictured and listed in the website ad, but what as shipped was the V04, which will not pair with the trolling motor I have. The reason I had to order a new remote was because the original remote that came with the unit stopped taking a charge after 8 months. Haswing has been difficult at best, but it's probably more truthful to say they have been absent. Responses, when you can get one, are months apart, and typically are suggesting that you just purchase a new unit, or another type of unit. The warranty has not been upheld to say the least.

Will not connect to 50700 motor.
50802-vo3 was showed in picture on website but when you order its 50802-vo4 which i thought was upgraded version of remote since they sell a product that they cant get remotes for anymore ,so troller motor so far 5 star but since you cant use it kinda hard to rate higher
I bought a new remote for 50700 series. What was sent does not match the picture. Has less buttons and does not pair up left a message. No response.
